Yesterday was a fun and intense day. Het Laatste Nieuws came to write an article and Julie brought her dad with her (I am so sorry but I forgot his name (when you’ll tell me, I will say ‘aha’). Afterwards Bieke came with her friend (my memory is the worst, please tag them!). I thought they might appear in the news article and I would just post the article as photo, but I’m lacking the pictures of the first “shift”. I guess you will have to come back. 😉

A good hour later Carmen, Deborah and Cathy hopped on the kayaks. Deborah got really competitve and super productive!

Laura and her partner in crime… or rather partner in heroic act (tag him, so I can put a name here 😅) were the last shift of the day, they fought against a head wind and boy did they still manage to come back with an overflowing bucket, so they filled the rest of the kayak with trash as well! It was amazing!
