Lots of water falling from the sky at Brussels Water Days last Saturday. But that didn’t stop the ones who subscribed for a cleanup trip on the canal. Two mothers joined with their young sons, there was a group from a Brussels Church, groups of friends and two women alone. And last but not least an alderman from the city of Brussels Benoit Hellings , who is working hard to disconnect public areas and roofs from the sewer system. And that means less floods and sewage overflows!
Luckily, after the rain came the sun!
