FRIDAY, a good day to get out on the WATER.
In the morning BRUZZ came to visit. This time they didn’t come for Canal It Up, they came for a report on the canal itself. The result will soon be published here and on the Bruzz website.

In the afternoon, the youth and disability care students of Imelda-Instituut came to celebrate their last 30 days of school with a kayaking trip, a skate initiation at ALLEE DU KAAI and a visit to KANAL – Centre Pompidou… For this newly relocated school, a true discovery that there is so much to do near to their new school building. Their most spectacular find in the canal? A fish of 1,5 m in size!

Finally, 5 colleagues from JES Brussels stopped by. JES supports children and young people in different areas (leisure, work, welfare …). Now that the annual trip with all staff members cannot take place, the organization organizes a teambuilding in smaller groups in which staff members from the different projects are mixed randomly. A trip to repeat in July together with the young people they accompany?!
